Position Requirements:

Leads multi-disciplinary project teams to the successful completion of client contracts. Effectively uses internal resources to meet project timelines and budgets. Serves as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects. Provides insight into the optimal use of modeling and simulation in drug development programs. Formulates pharmacometric analysis plans, ensuring the appropriateness of methods for data handling and analysis as well as compliance with current regulatory guidance. Assists in furthering the development of scientific skills in junior-level employees by reviewing work products, providing direction and guidance in the interpretation of findings, and refinement of strategy, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will engage in activities ranging from consultations on study design through the development and evaluation of models, the performance of simulations, and the presentation of results.


  • Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, or related field plus 3 or more years experience in a (quantitative) modeling-focused role. Masters in Statistics would also be a plus!
  • Extensive experience with Monolix, NONMEM, and R
  • Population PK and PK/PD modeling, Exposure-Responsemodeling, model-based simulations plus experience withmodel application to support dose selection, FIH doseprediction, pediatric development.
