GP101-1OD | Introduction to GastroPlus
This session provides a general overview of the GastroPlus v9.9 software including main features, introduction to the user interface, and how to run basic simulations.
GP101-4OD | PBPK Modeling
PBPK Modeling is the second session in this Introduction to PBPK Modeling course. By the end of this session you should have a general understanding of how GastroPlus creates physiologies; the difference between perfusion-limited and permeability-limited tissue types; and how to calculate the tissue:plasma partition coefficient (Kps). You will also learn how to create a PBPK model in preclinical species and in humans for first-in-human prediction and other PBPK modeling efforts.
