This hands-on training course introduces participants to the latest features and sub-models in DILIsym® version 11, designed to support both new and experienced users. Through guided exercises, attendees will gain practical experience navigating enhancements in mechanistic modeling of drug-induced liver injury. While prior completion of the 2023 DILIsym Crash Course is recommended for foundational context, it is not required to participate.


Learning Objectives

  • Understand the structure, function, and application of the newly introduced CD8+ T cell sub-model in simulating immune-mediated liver injury.
  • Explore the mechanistic representation of cholestatic liver injury within DILIsym v11 and learn how to apply it to relevant compound evaluations.
  • Gain proficiency in utilizing pediatric physiology representations to assess age-specific drug-induced liver injury risks
