This pre-conference workshop is for beginner modelers attending the International PBPK Conference who want to learn the basics of PBPK modeling in GastroPlus (version 10.2). Over two sessions you’ll learn how to estimate an API distribution and elimination following intravenous administration and setup basics parameters influencing absorption. More than a software tutorial, this course gives you the framework, skills and mindset to develop your PBPK models supporting internal decision processes and regulatory decisions.
