• Abstract:  We demonstrate Composer, an agentic platform from Simulations Plus, that autonomously orchestrates generative molecular design, ADMET property prediction, and structure-activity reasoning from a single natural-language prompt. Tasked with a multi-objective optimization problem, the agent explored chemical space between drug-like compounds, constructed a Pareto front across competing pharmacokinetic objectives, and refined Pareto-optimal molecules into novel candidates that dominated their parents.
