State-of-the-art modeling and simulation software tools will be discussed, including the latest (post-COVID) updates to the most widely used absorption, formulation, and PBPK platform, GastroPlus, as well as updates on the QST safety platforms, DILIsym (liver injury) and RENAsym (kidney injury).  Application examples will be shared. Participants will learn about mechanistic exposure and safety modeling to address chemical risk assessment and drug safety assessment, including the latest software updates from Simulations Plus and experiences from platform applications.
