He recently graduated with a master’s in Business Analytics from Saint Mary’s College of California, and he also holds MBA degree in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University.
He has over 2 years of experience where he accumulated sufficient experiences of customer data analysis, business development, and client relationship skills. As someone with a keen eye for details and a passion for data, he thrives on turning data patterns into business solutions and fast-paced deadline-driven business environments. He is passionate about performing deep-dive analyses to identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunity areas in customer experience (CX) that influence decision making and business optimization.
