Yawen joined Lixoft in 2022 as Business Development Consultant. She oversees the development of sales strategies to align the software and expertise with the needs and interests of potential and existing clients. This includes collaborating with the application team to prepare quotes and proposals, working with other business divisions to secure potential opportunities, and accurately maintaining sales-related data in customer relationship management (CRM) tools to provide a competitive landscape of service.
She holds a Financial Economics degree (Tunghai University, Taiwan), an MBA in International Business Management (YuanZe University, Taiwan), and a second master’s degree in International Luxury and Brand Management (ESC Rennes School of Business, France). She has served as a sales consultant and CRM ambassador in the luxury industry, where she analyzed and implemented CRM strategies to optimize both existing and potential business.
