For those of us in the northern parts of the world winter is midstream…in my home office in Connecticut…it is cold and snowy, but we are looking forward warmly for our very busy virtual meeting schedules.

On Wed, Feb 24, 2021 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST we will host a webinar that will present an extensive review of our current DDI Standards that include NEW inhibition and induction mechanisms of perpetration for both enzymes and transporters in addition to several records for each standard in the GastDDIStandards database. Please join us here.

The 2021 Simulations Plus MIDD+ Scientific Conference takes place “virtually” on March 3rd and 4th.  Over the two-day event, multi-track programs cover the complete scientific spectrum of drug development research.  Please consider registering early as seats are limited.

And lastly, I will be attending “virtually” the ASCPT 2021 Annual Meeting: March 8-12 and 15-17, 2021.  Please let me know if any of you are presenting and I will be happy to promote your talk or poster on my LinkedIn page.

For those of you in the southern hemisphere, where it is warm and sunny (specifically South America) we recently announced that Simulations Plus expanded our marketing and sales operations in South America with a partnership with the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ICF).  Please join me in welcoming Dr. Leonardo de Souza Teixeira, CEO of ICF to the Simulations Plus family.

Simulations Plus continues to grow and add new scientists to our family.  If you know of someone that would be interested in joining our company, please have them contact me or our HR department.

Lastly, at any time, you may add a module for GastroPlus on a trial basis to ascertain if it would have merit for your research. Please do let me know how we may help you and your teams continue to increase both the utility and understanding of GastroPlus.
