The Biologics Module simulates the systemic absorption and pharmacokinetics of biologics – for both monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Both mAbs and ADCs administered as an intravenous bolus dose, intravenous infusion, subcutaneous (SQ), and intramuscular (IM) injections can be modeled.
