With over 25 years of administrative experience, Jill’s expertise in preparing deliverables using advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite software, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, as well as assisting in identifying departmental training needs and providing internal training is integral to the efficient operation of daily corporate business. As the Administrative Support Group’s team representative on the company’s Quality Management System committee, Jill works to continually improve the company’s processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of work in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Working closely with the Associate Director, Program Management and project leads, Jill is the company’s point person for creating and maintaining the company’s Microsoft Project timeline, ensuring the company’s external project priorities are efficiently monitored and communicated.
