About Steven
Mr. Chang is the Global Head of Strategic Alliances at Simulations Plus. He was previously the President of the Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Services business unit of Simulations Plus, and prior to that the President and CEO of Immunetrics, Inc. which was acquired by Simulations Plus in 2023. Steven has been actively involved in the QSP field for 25 years and is one of the early pioneers of creating the foundational methodologies associated with clinically predictive QSP models.

His experience and expertise includes translational and clinical work in autoimmune diseases and immuno-immunology. He is the recipient of two Westinghouse Signature Awards of Excellence. Mr. Chang received a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
