About Monica

Monica has an extensive history in various roles in Customer Service with over 10 years of experience. Maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing quality work is a top priority. She joined Simulations Plus in February 2020 and is currently the Licensing Specialist where she generates and issues licenses for all Simulations Plus software. In her role, she provides licensing support to clients through the Customer Care Department to strengthen ongoing relationships with customers. Internally, Monica works closely with the Business Development Team to streamline the licensing process from start to finish. She is responsible for entering and documenting all aspects of licensing into the Customer Relationship Management tool to allow for accurate and efficient reporting.

Outside of Simulations Plus, Monica enjoys spending time with her 4 children. She is the current School Site Council Vice President and often volunteers to help the teachers and staff. She also enjoys crafting with her kids.
