Exposure-response curves give the response to a drug as a function of exposure, which can be the dose or a measure of drug concentration in the body. Individual exposure-response curves can be derived from post-processing of PKPD models predictions, or they can directly be modelled in Monolix if the exposure is included in the dataset.
